To aid solving your problems as fast as possible please give as much detail as possible in your email. For example if TradUtil crashes when performing a specific action then detail how to reproduce the problem. If TradUtil refuses to load a specific file or displays that file incorrectly when other programs have no problems please send a copy of that file and its associated master file as well.
